No, our minimum order is 50 pcs. Very low compared to most suppliers of low cost blank promotional items.

2.  Can I get assorted colors?
Yes, all items are available in single or assorted colors. You specify how many of each color you need.

3. How soon will my order ship?
Blanks ship within 24 hours. Lead-time on custom imprinted items is typically 10 to 15 days.

4. I want custom imprinting, what type of files do you accept?
Ideally Adobe Illustrator (version 10 or lower) or eps. Black & white high resolution (300dpi or better) tiff, jpg, and bmp are also acceptable.

6. Do you charge an artwork set-up charge?
Most items do not incur a set-up charge. Check product pages for details.

7. Do you offer rush service on custom printed orders?
Yes, rush orders ship within 5 business days and incur a minimum rush charge of 15%.

8. Do you charge for shipping?
We offer everyday UPS ground shipping. Shipping charges for rush orders and faster shipping methods will be calculated at the time your order is placed.

9. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Orders can also be prepaid by check.

10. How do you handle returns?
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of blank items you can return them for either a refund or exchange. We do charge a 15% restocking fee to cover our expense for the transaction. No returns accepted after 30 days of purchase date. Custom imprinted items are not returnable unless defective or printed incorrectly.

11. Do you send samples?
Yes, free random samples are available upon request. Limit three per customer. Additional samples are charged at $5 each. Samples are sent UPS ground at no charge. Faster shipping methods are available at customers expense.
